After the mammo this morning (show up at 7:45 am to be the first appointment, but no one comes into work until 8 am), I met friends at a local restaurant that has the best food at the best prices of anywhere in the Valley. As it is wont to do these days, the conversation turned to DWTS because I was with my friend who was devastated when Cloris was axed.
"Well," sayeth I, "there should be a spin-off, Dancing with the Senior Stars, then because she was too old to keep up with the 20-year-olds."
Huh? Great idea? I think so and even my friend and her folks, visiting for the holiday, agreed with me.
Okay, I'm over the DWTS thing and moving on to my appointment with the psychic later this afternoon.
Yeah, really!

My idea is Celebrity Survivor. Rather than just having celebrities on an island fending off fake hunger and doing immunity challenges, it is instead a way for us to vote for or against shows. Those that are "voted off the island" are canceled and the stars must never be allowed back on TV again.
I can think of some doozies that would get voted off real quick... some of the Baldwin brothers, nearly any D-list celebrity, celebrities created by Survivor and other "reality" shows, etc.
Wahoo! What a terrific idea! No more Pamela Anderson, ah, the guy who was the head life guard, then drove the car, then got drunk, arrested, and revitalized his career playing a reality show judge ... oh, the list goes on.
